Our precision press handles various processing methods such as "fine blanking," "shaving," "burring," "bending," "joining," and "shearing," combining them to work on products ranging from simple shapes to complex geometries across various fields. The "shaving" process involves initially performing a blanking operation with a slight allowance, followed by a secondary blanking operation that allows the product's fracture surface to be entirely sheared. Typically, the fracture surface is more jagged than the sheared surface, leading to dimensional variations; however, by achieving an all-shear surface, the dimensions of the cross-section become uniform.
